Once again Elmer Waterhen is demonstrating why so often he’s praised for his heart and determination, as the King of the Cage Canadian Middleweight Champion has agreed to move up in weight and fight Zach Blaber.
The bout will take place at a catch-weight of 215 pounds and will headline KOTC Canada’s upcoming September 17th bout in Yellowknife, NWT.
Waterhen (pictured) is currently riding a three fight win streak, which includes a recent stoppage victory over Brad Stewart in July, giving him the Canadian middleweight crown.
Blaber heads into the “Chiller” event having won four straight fights, which includes a TKO win over Jason Rorick at KOTC Canada’s “Combustion” card last May.
The upcoming September 17th event will be hosted by the Yellowknife Arena.
