Joe Cronin Discusses Fight Winning Submission, Credits Waterhen for Toughness

Joe Cronin’s first trip to Canada proved to be a successful one, as the American veteran defeated King of the Cage Canadian Middleweight Champion Elmer Waterhen last weekend, to secure his 17^th pro win. Cronin battled Waterhen at KOTC Canada’s November 18^th “Obsession” card in Edmonton, and forced the resilient vet to tap out in the second round.

Here are the official weigh-in results for King of the Cage Canada’s “Obsession” event, which will be hosted by Edmonton’s Mirage Banquet Hall.

The card will feature Canadian middleweight champ Elmer Waterhen taking on American vet Joe Cronin in the main event.

This Friday night King of the Cage Canada will return to Edmonton, Alberta, and fans throughout the region will get another opportunity to catch one of the promotion’s more resilient and experienced fighters in Elmer Waterhen. The Canadian Middleweight Champion will take on another established veteran in Joe Cronin, who will make the trek north from Arizona to compete in one of “Obsession's" feature attractions.
